RATE: $500 per day (8:00 AM - 1:00 AM)
Includes Men's and Women's restrooms along with use of pens and arena only.
(PA System, Fans and Livestock Office not available with rental)

One half (1/2) of the rental ($250) is required to secure your date. Deposit is Non-Refundable if you cancel, but can be rescheduled up to one year from original reservation date. Balance of the rental (including Security Fees, if applicable) is due no later than 30 days before the event date.
Clean Up/Damage fee $750 in cash due before event. This fee may be refunded if everything is left clean (all trash hauled away) and there is no damage to the facility.

If alcohol will be consumed, you are required to get security through GCF&R. Two (2) officers for a minimum of 4 hours at $45 per hour per officer ($360 minimum) unless it is a holiday weekend then it is $60 per hour per officer ($480 minimum). All Security Fees are to be paid in full, no later than 30 days before the event date.
