RATE: $500 per day (8:00 AM - 1:00 AM)
One half (1/2) of the rental ($250) is required to secure your date. Deposit is Non-Refundable if you cancel, but can be rescheduled up to one year from original reservation date. Balance of the rental (including Security Fees, if applicable) is due no later than 30 days before the event date.
Clean Up/Damage fee $600 in cash due before event. This fee may be refunded if everything is left clean (all trash hauled away), and no damage has been done to the facility or the equipment that comes with your rental.
If alcohol will be consumed during your rental, then you are required to get security through GCF&R. Two (2) officers for a minimum of 4 hours at $45 per hour per officer ($360 minimum) unless it is a holiday weekend then it is $60 per hour per officer ($480 minimum). Quinceneras will require a minimum of 3 security officers for the first 200 people and one additional officer for every 150 people thereafter. All Security Fees are to be paid in full, no later than 30 days before the event date.
