The Galveston County Fair &
Rodeo Fair Grounds are located at
Jack Brooks Park on Highway 6 in Hitchcock Texas
From Houston:
Take I-45 south towards Galveston.
Take Exit 15 (Gulf Greyhound Dog Track exit), stay on service road,
go through the light past the Shell station.
Take FM 2004 (road curves off to the right)to Hwy 6 in Hitchcock.
Turn right onto Hwy 6. The fairgrounds are located one mile on the right.
From
Galveston:
Take I-45 north towards Houston. Take the Hwy 6 exit
to Hitchcock.
Stay on Hwy 6. After you pass through the FM 2004 and Hwy 6 intersection
the fairgrounds will be located one mile on the right.
From Alvin:
Take Hwy 6 towards Galveston. After you pass through Santa
Fe the fairgrounds
will be located approximately 2 miles on the left.
**Note: You may enter the Fairgrounds Parking area from FM 2004
and drive through the Park or enter from Hwy 6.
Come early - plan to stay late - and have a real good time!
