  4:30 p.m. - Chief Cooks Meeting Sample Container Pick-up Chili, Chicken,
                     Fajita, Beans
  6:00 p.m. - Gates CLOSED (no further traffic)
  6:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Fajita Division Turn-in
  8:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - Fajita Division Second Cut Numbers Called
  8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Fajita Division Second Cut Turn-in
  2:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. - All Persons without armbands must leave the park.

Friday, April 18, 2008
10:00 a.m. - Gates OPEN for cooker check-in and set-up
  1:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. - Chili Division Sample Turn-In
  2:30 p.m. - IN Gates CLOSED, Check-in CLOSED
  3:00 p.m. - Exit Gate CLOSED, no further traffic in Cook-Off area
  4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Pork Spare Rib and Beef Brisket Inspection
  5:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Chicken Division Turn-in
  7:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Chicken Division Second Cut Numbers Called
  7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Chicken Division Second Cut Turn-in
  8:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Beans Division Turn-in

  3:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. - First Cut Turn-in Brisket Division
  3:30 p.m. - FINAL Turn-in Raffle Tickets (Cook-off Building)
  4:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. - Call the Second Cut Numbers Brisket Division
